For this penthouse in Lugano, Morandistudio managed the project from concept to completion, overseeing the design, site supervision and the supply of all materials and finishes.

The bespoke intervention included a custom-made porcelain stoneware counter with a reinforced steel structure and polished front edge, suspended bathroom vanity tops, canvas-effect ceramic tiles with textured relief, and a tailor-made wall cladding system integrating LED lighting with custom black aluminium profiles.

The interiors were completed with French chevron porcelain stoneware flooring, large-format ceramic slabs and three-dimensional travertine-effect wall surfaces, creating a refined and cohesive contemporary living environment.
