Italian excellence in mosaic and artistic ceramic production
Founded in 1977 by Marco Morandi in Sassuolo (Italy), Morandistudio designs and produces hand-tailored ceramics of the utmost highest standard. From it's early years Morandistudio has been restoring ancient floorings, walls and creating reproductions for archeological sites under the guidance of State-operated museums.
From early ‘90s, together with Cristina Fantuzzi, the Studio developed a rich history of manufacturing both traditional and contemporary Italian ceramics and artwork, collaborating with designers and architects from all around the world to develop architectonic and decorative art-works in ceramic, natural stone and glass, for private and public areas, hotels and cruise ships.

We collaborate with architects and designers from around the world in the design of mosaics and decorative surfaces made of ceramic, marble, glass, and porcelain stoneware. From concept development to the selection of colors, textures, and stylistic details, we support every stage of the project, turning design visions into tangible solutions.
We create dedicated samples, and, once the project is approved, begin the production process within our facilities.

Our mosaic creations can be found in exclusive and complex environments, including private residences, luxury hotels, public spaces, large-scale international developments, and cruise ships for many of the world's leading cruise lines, including Costa, Carnival, Princess, Holland America, MSC, Oceania, Cunard, Disney, P&O, Silversea, Crystal, Royal Caribbean, and Celebrity. We also collaborate with major industry leaders such as Fincantieri, Mitsubishi, and Alstom. Every project, from mosaic design to final production, is conceived to integrate seamlessly with the surrounding architecture, enhancing its identity, atmosphere, and aesthetic value.
