The art of third firing: custom made porcelain stoneware and ceramic surfaces

The art of third firing and custom glazes

In our workshop, third firing becomes a creative tool that expands the expressive potential of ceramics. We transform porcelain stoneware, double-fired ceramics, and white-body ceramics into unique and extraordinary surfaces.

Technical innovation and artisanal craftsmanship come together through decorations, glazes, and special effects. The possibilities are virtually endless, allowing us to bring the most ambitious projects to life in interior design, contemporary architecture, hospitality, contract environments, and the cruise industry.

Ceramic in works

Complete customization through third-fired ceramics

We collaborate with architects and designers to develop custom made porcelain stoneware and ceramic surfaces that combine creative vision with advanced technical performance.
Every project begins with a tailor-made approach to ceramics. Through the third-firing process, we work on already-fired surfaces to create exclusive and highly customized finishes.

Glossy, satin, and matt surfaces, metallic and textured effects, brushstroke decorations, crackle textures, and custom-developed glazes—whether high-temperature or metallic-based—come together to create distinctive solutions designed to enhance each project through unique colors, textures, and visual effects.

Custom shapes, sizes, and finishes

From mosaics to large-format ceramic slabs, every element is developed to measure, ensuring outstanding aesthetic results and technical quality. We work with a wide range of thicknesses, from ultra-thin ceramic panels to traditional 8, 9, and 10 mm surfaces, as well as 20 mm solutions for outdoor applications, always balancing performance and design excellence.

Cutting, beveling, and special processing are carried out using precision technologies, including advanced machinery and waterjet cutting systems, to achieve flawless geometries and details that integrate seamlessly into the space.

Large-format ceramic slabs: visual continuity and design freedom

Large-format ceramic slabs redefine the concept of surface, transforming walls, floors, and architectural volumes into continuous and visually striking elements. The reduction of grout lines enhances materials, veining, and textures, creating spaces that are elegant, harmonious, and contemporary.

We work with large-format ceramic slabs designed to enrich modern environments through a perfect balance of aesthetic appeal and technical performance.

Artistic creations and signature surfaces

Alongside our bespoke ceramic production, we create artistic pieces and custom-made works commissioned by architects, interior designers, and private clients.

Material, art, and experimentation come together in creations that go beyond the traditional concept of cladding, becoming decorative ceramic elements, artistic installations, and signature surfaces crafted through the third-firing process.
