By filling in the contact form with their Data, the User consents to the use of such Data to respond to requests for information, quotations or any other type of request indicated in the form heading.

Mailjet is an email address management and message sending service provided by SAS Mailjet.

Traffic optimization and distribution
This type of service allows this Application to distribute its content through servers located across the territory and to optimize its performance.
The Personal Data processed depends on the characteristics and method of implementation of these services, which by their nature filter communications between this Application and the User’s browser.
Due to the distributed nature of this system, it is difficult to determine the places where the content is transferred, and such content may contain the User’s Personal Data.
Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.)
Cloudflare is a traffic optimization and distribution service provided by Cloudflare Inc.
Cloudflare’s integration methods require it to filter all traffic of this Application, meaning communications between this Application and the User’s browser, also allowing the collection of statistical data about such traffic.

Advertising
This type of service allows User Data to be used for commercial communication purposes. These communications are displayed on this Application in the form of banners and other types of advertising, also in relation to the User’s interests.

Some of the services listed below may use Trackers to identify the User, or use behavioral retargeting techniques, meaning they display personalized advertisements based on the User’s interests and behavior, or measure the performance of ads.

Meta Audience Network (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited)
Meta Audience Network is an advertising service provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. For an understanding of Meta’s use of data, please consult Meta’s Data Policy.
To allow Meta Audience Network to operate, this Application may use certain identifiers for mobile devices, including Android Advertising ID or Advertising Identifier for iOS, or technologies similar to Cookies. Among the ways in which Audience Network delivers advertising messages to the User is the use of the User’s advertising preferences. Meta lookalike audience is an advertising and behavioral targeting service provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited that uses Data collected through the Meta Custom Audience service in order to show advertisements to Users whose behavior is similar to that of Users already included in a Custom Audience list based on their previous use of this Application or their interaction with relevant content through Meta applications and services.
Based on this Data, personalized ads will be shown to Users suggested by Meta lookalike audience.

Similar audiences is an advertising and behavioral targeting service provided by Google Ireland Limited that uses Google Ads Remarketing Data to show advertisements to Users whose behavior is similar to that of other Users who are already on the remarketing list due to their previous use of this Application.
Based on this Data, personalized ads will be shown to Users suggested by Google Ads Similar audiences.
Users who do not want to be included in similar audiences may opt out and disable the use of advertising Trackers by visiting Google’s Ad Settings.

Google Analytics is an analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”). Google uses the Personal Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, to prepare reports and to share them with other services developed by Google.
Google may use the Personal Data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

Legal basis of processing
The Data Controller processes Personal Data relating to the User if one of the following conditions applies:

How to exercise these rights

The request is free of charge and the Data Controller will respond as soon as possible and in any case within one month, providing the User with all information required by law. Any rectification, erasure or restriction of processing shall be communicated by the Data Controller to each recipient, if any, to whom the Personal Data has been disclosed, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort. The Data Controller shall inform the User of such recipients if the User requests it.
